Performed water audits for the County of Santa Fe and the Town of Los Alamos on government buildings, correctional facilities, community centers, fire stations, hotels, and restaurants. Duties included: site inspection of water using fixtures/equipment, measure and verify, interpret and evaluate data, estimating projected use vs actual recorded use, research, and providing water conservation recommendations.

Performed irrigation water audits for City of Rio Rancho’s Parks Department, Rio Rancho Public Schools, Golf Course, Home Owners Associations, private entities, and Silver City Public School System. Duties included inspecting for proper installation according to the architects landscape design and implemented changes, leak detection, and checking distribution uniformity.

Performed water audits for Water Management, Inc. on government buildings, correctional institutions, universities, private schools, and 5 star hotels in the Country of Jordon, OK CT, NV, TX, PA, AL, and CA. Duties included: site inspection of water using fixtures/equipment, measure and verify, taught engineering students best water conservation practices, and directed students in water audits.

Developed Water Conservation plans through the BOR’s Mid-Rio Grande and Pecos Regions for the County of Santa Fe, the Town of Bernalillo, the Village of Hatch, and the Village of Jemez.

Water Conservation Project Manager, Project manager for Water Management, Inc in San Diego, and San Francisco, CA, Las Vegas, NV, and San Antonio, TX. Duties included managing/directing a team on water conservation implementation projects.

Technical Advisor/Consultant, Technical advisor and consultant for Water Management, Inc. and the City of Rio Rancho on plumbing code, irrigation system code, metering, and backflow cross connection.

Meter Specialist and Consultant, Analyzed, evaluated, and developed a cost/financial benefit analysis of replacing water meters.  The duties included: meter inspections for installation procedure, meter type, and application; collection, organization, and analysis of pertinent data, comparing estimated with recorded usage, new water meter research, recommendations for meter replacement, cost of materials, cost benefit, and payback period. Hotels, restaurants, vehicle washing, laundromats, medical facilities, and a university were some of the end users on the list.

Tested production, commercial, and residential water meters for the following N.M. utilities: Rio Rancho, Belen, Ruidoso, Twin Forks, Anthony, and Horizon, TX.

Instructor/Trainer, Teaches Qualified Water Efficiency Landscaper (QWEL) classes. Taught QWEL for the City of Santa Fe, the City of Las Cruces, and the Town of Silver City. Taught Water Conservation classes at Santa Fe Community College. Taught plumbing code and backflow cross connection classes for Central NM Community College and NM Water and Waste Water Association, and the NM Rural Water Association.
